Shipping + Returns
Orders are shipped via USPS.
We are a small company without a dedicated shipping team so orders are typically shipped out 1-2 times per week. Average wait time for delivery within the continental US is 3-10 business days. If you need an expedited order, please contact us before ordering to check the shipping timeframe.
We accept returns of unopened oils within 30 days of purchase and the customer is responsible for original and return shipping. Opened products are only eligible for return or refund due to product defects. We hope this never happens, but if it does, please contact us and we will make it right!
